ALLENTOWN – Republican Charles W.
Dent, who began his time in Congress voting with George W. Bush four out of
five times, has spent four years voting with the Republican leadership in
Congress four out of five times. CQ Politics released their latest report of
Congressional member ratings this month.
“The only thing the Lehigh Valley
wants to change more than the current President in the White House is the
current Republicans in Congress,” says Josh Levin, Bennett Campaign Manager. “The choice for November 4th becomes more clear every
day. A Lehigh Valley leader who works
with Republicans and Democrats to bring about change or a career politician
running a lobbyist funded smear campaign to distract from his partisan voting
record.”
Republican Charles W. Dent voted
with George W. Bush four out of five times in 2005 and 2006, according to CQ
Politics. Over his four years in
Congress, Dent has also voted along Republican partisan lines four out of five
times.
